Olo is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture that promotes growth and equity for underrepresented groups while supporting and celebrating all voices and perspectives. Part of that commitment includes transparency about our DEI efforts. We are excited to announce the addition of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion page on Olo.com.

We shared our current diversity strategy and metrics with our internal stakeholders, and are thrilled to share them more broadly with the external community today, with the launch of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion page on Olo.com. Our DEI strategy includes:

1. Olo’s commitment to Diversity, by attracting and hiring underrepresented talent at various levels across our company;

2. Olo’s dedication to Equity, by focusing on the career advancement and upward mobility of underrepresented talent; and

3. Olo’s focus on Inclusion, by maintaining a culture where employees feel they belong.

We’ve also shared our team’s race/ethnicity and gender based metrics. While we are not currently where we want to be, the launch of our DEI page is one of many steps on the road to achieving our goals. One of our company values is being metrics obsessed to improve every process. Another value is that as Olo employees, we’re here to learn and evolve.
Sharing this information with our internal team and, today, with the external community, allows us to be held accountable, track where we need improvement, and create solutions that will help us achieve our goals along the way.
